Designation – Customer Service Manager Experience – 4-8 Years Job Location - Delhi Job Overview We are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key process improvement programs. Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for city client experience coordinate with internal (operation & Sales) and external stake holders (Client POC) • Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible. • Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers. • Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems. • Trains newly hired customer service representatives. Requisites / Prerequisites: • Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing • Proven track record of handling escalations • Team handling & monitoring capabilities • Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to a new environment Preferred Industries:FMCG, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
