Job Title : Merchant Success Manager(KAM)-Insurance Tech

Job Title : Merchant Success Manager (KAM) - Insurance Tech Experience : 2 - 4 years Job location : Pune Core Responsibilities : * Revenue generation from the accounts closed by BD thorough Merchant relationship building, periodic follow-ups. * Work with merchants & their agents to identify pains & pass on feedback to product & tech. * Work with internal teams & risk to reduce rejection rates and drops offs. * Get a higher share of the merchant's customers by relationship building. * Make quarterly business plans with merchants and show the forecast of what we can achieve . * Cross sell and upsell. Preference and Experience : * Personified professional and Proficient in communication. * Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries & issues. * Will need to travel to merchant locations. * Flexible to be responsive over the weekends. * Strong command over data fetching and analysis. * Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in Insurance / Payment Gateway companies. Academic qualifications : * Graduate with Sales Experience /MBA preferred.
