Warehouse Associate in Ocean Township, New Jersey at Fishermen's Source

Fishermen's Source, a leading online retailer of premium saltwater and freshwater fishing gear, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Cycle Counting consistently
• Train on Skuvault software
• Unloading and organizing inbound packages to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise
• Sorting, storing, and tracking inbound inventory
• Staging inventory for efficient order fulfillment and shipment preparation
• Picking and preparing orders for packing
• Accurately packing orders for shipment with close attention to detail to prevent mistakes
• Keeping the warehouse and receiving areas clean, organized and well-maintained
• Managing and organizing cardboard for recycling to minimize waste
• Transporting outbound packages to the pickup location
• Processing shipments using our shipping software applications after training
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or Associates degree is a must
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and previous experience with automated shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across 5 working days, including weekends during the peak fishing season
