Business Development Representative in Cebu City, Central Visayas at MedSpecialized, Inc

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Business Development Representative!

General Description: In order to make sure that important appointments are scheduled for the sales team, the appointment setter schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM (PHT); Onsite Set Up

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential clients
• Scheduling appointments for clients and sales team
• Make outbound calls for client appointment reminders
• Ensures that important meetings are booked for the sales team
• Familiarize essential details of products and services

Requirements:

• At least college level
• Excellent communication skills
• Prospecting and lead generation.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, either BPO or non-BPO sales.
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 30,000-40,000
• New hire bonus of 5,000
• Monthly risk allowance of 2,000 (for onsite setup)
• Uncapped commissions
