About the role: We are seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and ensure efficient lawn maintenance. Strong leadership, landscaping knowledge, and commitment to quality service are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the mowing team, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Train crew members on mowing techniques, safety, and customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality landscaping.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and proper use of landscaping equipment.
• Communicate with clients, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Enforce safety guidelines for a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
• Minimum 2 years in grounds maintenance with leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. Benefits:

• 8–10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• After hours and some weekends

Experience: Minimum 2 years in grounds maintenance with leadership experience.

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
