Your new opportunity

We’re looking for an organised and detail focused Team Administrator to join our office and provide high quality administrative support to our advisory team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the team by supporting client delivery, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with core administrative processes. Your contribution will directly impact the quality of client documentation, team efficiency, and overall service delivery.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys supporting others, managing competing priorities, and working within a professional services environment. You’ll work closely with advisors, paraplanners and wider firm support teams, contributing to a collaborative and high performing workplace.

What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisory team
  • Prepare, check and manage client facing documentation to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate client and work records across internal systems and databases
  • Liaise with banks, brokers, fund managers and other external providers
  • Prepare reports, reviews and supporting client documentation as required
  • Manage invoicing, payments and investment related administration
  • Coordinate tasks and information to ensure deadlines and requests are met
  • Handle mail, scanning, filing and document control
  • Liaise with wider firm support teams to coordinate administrative processes and outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
What you'll bring
  • A proactive, can do attitude with confidence taking initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an office or administration role (professional services or accounting experience desirable but not essential)
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and working across multiple systems
  • A willingness to learn, develop your skills and adapt to new systems and processes
