Job Description
Great coffee starts long before the first shot pulls.
It starts with a machine that's been properly serviced, accurately diagnosed, and carefully maintained. That's where we come in — and where you come in.
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs keeps commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. We're looking for a field technician who takes that responsibility seriously — someone who's handy, curious, and clear-headed under pressure.
Your day in the field
You'll run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts. The work is hands-on and technical:
- Using a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity
- Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults
- Identifying outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, building adapters when the job calls for it
- Disassembling and reassembling components with precision and care
- Pulling part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation
- Writing detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings — no errors, no slang
- Tracking time and managing digital tickets through ServiceTitan
- Walking customers through your findings in language they can actually understand
- Tasting coffee post-repair to confirm the machine is producing correctly
Some experience with hands-on repair work is required — electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house. You don't need formal credentials, but you do need to know your way around a multimeter before day one. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, a reliable smartphone, and a secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS are also required.
The support behind you
You won't be doing this alone. A dedicated team manages scheduling, dispatch, and back-office support including estimates and invoicing for large and enterprise accounts. Inventory is tracked digitally and reordered automatically — though you'll assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. Basic vehicle confidence is expected — things like handling a flat tire or dropping the vehicle off for scheduled maintenance. Once you complete training, you'll receive a company vehicle and start each day from home — no daily office visits.

- Company vehicle provided after training

- Military friendly and equal opportunity employer
