Job Description
About The Talent Project:The Talent Project is a female-owned and led executive search firm specializing in marketing, creative, and supply chain roles across the beauty, wellness, and longevity industries. We offer end-to-end recruitment support for full-time direct-hire positions as well as retained executive searches. With deep experience leading corporate recruitment, we operate as an extension of our clients' talent acquisition teams, ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring process.
Company Description:Our client is building a new category within consumer wellness: skin longevity. While skin health remains one of the largest segments in the industry, it is still primarily treated at the surface level. Our client is pioneering a fundamentally different approach—targeting the biology of skin aging through ingestible therapeutics.
Title: Head of Clinical Strategy & SalesReports to: Founder / CEOOffice Location: Flexible / Hybrid (U.S. preferred)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Head of Clinical Strategy & Sales to build and scale its clinical channel from the ground up. The company’s strategy is to establish credibility and distribution through dermatologists, med spas, and longevity clinics—then leverage that trust to power broader consumer adoption. This role is responsible for defining how our client enters clinical environments, earns practitioner trust, and translates scientific credibility into real-world adoption. This is not a traditional sales role. It requires a highly strategic and hands-on operator who can introduce a new paradigm—ingestible skin longevity—to clinicians, and make it understood, trusted, and actively recommended. In the early stage, this leader will personally build relationships, educate providers, and close key accounts. As the model proves, they will scale it into a repeatable and durable system. This role is foundational in building the clinical backbone of the company.
