This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Especialistas Projetos de Design de Embalagens in Brazil.

This role sits at the heart of marketing and packaging execution, ensuring that visual communication and labeling information are accurately managed across packaging design projects.
You will coordinate end-to-end Design to Delivery workflows, supporting innovation, renovation, and routine initiatives across multiple brands.
The position plays a key role in connecting marketing teams, design agencies, and internal services to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
You will be responsible for ensuring packaging assets and labeling data are correctly structured, validated, and delivered without errors.
The environment is highly collaborative, digital-focused, and oriented toward efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement.
This is a strategic operational role that directly impacts product readiness, brand consistency, and market execution quality.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage end-to-end D2D (Design to Delivery) packaging projects, from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are properly coordinated.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing teams, design agencies, and internal design services to ensure alignment on briefs, expectations, and outputs.
  • Oversee the collection, organization, and distribution of labeling and packaging information, ensuring accuracy and First Time Right execution.
  • Manage labeling specifications and related records in SAP, coordinating inputs from multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update packaging and D2D templates, ensuring standardization and efficiency across workflows.
  • Support digital archiving of packaging assets in DAM systems and ensure proper documentation of final materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within D2D processes and digital tooling ecosystems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory), preferably in Design, Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in packaging design project management or graphic production workflows, including agency coordination.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end packaging processes, including labeling information collection and final artwork delivery.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Strong skills in project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with digital workflows, DAM systems, and document management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a structured, quality-driven mindset.
