Position Overview

Responsible for assisting the customer service department in the support of commercial lines coverages.

Requirements:

What you’re good at:

You’re a self-starter and an independent learner who enjoys mastering new skills quickly. You anticipate needs, take action, and create efficiencies. You’re organized and know the art of building relationships with teammates, clients and vendors. This role supports the customer service and sales teams by checking policies, following up for endorsements, issuing certificates and evidence of insurance, completing applications, and other clerical support duties.

  • Respond to correspondence and requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Follow written procedures and workflows for assigned work
  • Process and check policies, endorsements, endorsement requests, and audits for accuracy.

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Property and Casualty California licensed preferred
