Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers.
• Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion)
• Effective communication with all Team Members/Team Leaders
• Effectively communicate with customers about the status/needs of their vehicle's
• Invoice / Bill repair orders
• Code warranty claims
• Assistance with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians
• Read and understand technical notes and make sure all information is on the invoice

Qualifications:

• Clean driver's license and background check (we screen)
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently and be productive as well as be a team player
• Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes
• Required to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures

Compensation:

• Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
