We currently have an opening for a VP of Data & Analytics. This individual is responsible for data governance, quality, consistency, architecture, analytics, and value creation. This is a remote position, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a focus on building data strategy in partnership with Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Engineering.

This role plays a critical part in driving our vision to partner with our customers to become their preferred process analytical solutions provider.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and govern all enterprise data to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and availability
  • Establish and enforce data standards, definitions, and governance frameworks across divisions and recommend standardized global operation processes to yield improved data quality
  • Architect, reengineer, and maintain a highly normalized enterprise data warehouse
  • Lead design, execution, and ongoing support of data models to enable required analytics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Own financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes and tools to enable accounting, audits, regulatory, and executive reporting needs
  • Evaluate, implement, configure, and standardize data-generating and analytics technologies
  • Normalize use of data tools through configuration, training, diagnostics, and monitoring
  • Influence infrastructure and application design to enable scalable, analytics-ready systems
  • Integrate data across ERP, CRM,MES, telemetry platforms, and productivity tools
  • Enable bi-directional data flows to improve operational efficiency and timeliness
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance data collection, aggregation, and reporting
  • Partner with engineering on product roadmap driven data-enabled and telemetry-based revenue opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage data teams and a network of data champions
  • Promote a culture of data literacy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
  • Apply PI values to tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifying Attributes and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, finance, or technology leadership
  • Proven enterprise-level ownership of data governance, architecture, and analytics
  • Strong expertise in data warehousing, normalization, and system integration
  • Demonstrated experience supporting financial planning, accounting, audit, and executive reporting
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and have initiative to follow through on commitments with team and management.
