Location: Dayton, OH (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $21 to $30 - depends on experience
About Woodhaven:
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center provides compassionate care for individuals on their recovery journey. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Systems & Support Coordinator to manage and maintain the technology systems that keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Overview:
The IT Systems & Support Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all technology systems across the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for third-party technology vendors and provides direct support to staff for hardware, software, and systems-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the organization's EHR system to ensure reliable access for clinical staff
Administer and maintain Microsoft systems and applications (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory)
Track, inventory, and manage all IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Set up and configure hardware and software for new hires
Install, configure, and update software across all company devices
Manage and troubleshoot company security camera systems
Maintain printer operations and supplies across all locations
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technology issues for staff
Serve as primary contact for third-party vendors (Ricoh, Microsoft support, etc.)
Administer and support company phone systems
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
Healthcare or clinical environment experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory)
Familiarity with EHR systems
Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CPR certification required (company-sponsored)
