Dish Room Tech

Job Overview:

Dish Room Tech will maintain a professional and clean working environment in the kitchen and cafeteria

Duties / Responsibilities :

Wash dishes for all patient meals

Participate in all patient meal tray lines

Deliver and pick up all patient food carts

Deliver requested floor stock to all patient units

Periodically work in other areas of the kitchen and cafeteria

Will be considered an ESSENTIAL employee during weather/disaster emergencies

ESSENTIAL employees are REQUIRED to work during weather/disaster emergencies

Participate in all departmental meetings

Maintain a relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work

Responsible for ensuring an exemplary level of cleanliness in the dish room and kitchen
