Location: Remote Department: Sales Experience Required: 24 years (SaaS preferred) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm CST
About the Role:
Manage the front end of the sales cycle including qualifying leads, presenting product information, building relationships, and setting appointments for senior sales reps.
Play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding adoption of our cloud-based software platform.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presenting product basics, identifying buying signals, and securing appointments.
Conduct high-quality outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
Maintain an active pipeline and document all sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
24 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in virtual sales environments.
Excellent listening skills to allow prospects to lead conversations naturally.
Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
