Maintenance Technician at AMDG Holdings LLC – Rockford, Illinois

We are seeking a Apartment Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep appliances, plumbing infrastructure, and cosmetics of apartments in repair. Work may include working on heating system boilers under license and supervision.

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Perform other duties, as assigned

On-call rotation

Training:

Promising technicians will be considered for company-paid training related to HVAC or Appliance Repair after work observation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Good people skills
