RevOps Analyst at BizzyCar – Boston, Massachusetts
About This Position
About BizzyCar
BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience for consumers, dealerships, and manufacturers. Our mission is to simplify car repairs, enabling consumers to resolve issues like recalls without leaving home or work. Through our automated platform, we streamline the process from manufacturers to dealers to customers, significantly reducing notification times and making repair scheduling seamless. Dealers benefit from increased repair revenue and strengthened customer relationships, while OEMs avoid costly fines.
We are solving a $22B industry challenge, with over 70 million cars on the road having unresolved recalls. BizzyCar is a fast-paced, results-driven company with an experienced leadership team skilled in building high-value businesses. Employees enjoy competitive pay, equity opportunities, and medical benefits. While we’re a dispersed team, we prioritize collaboration and meet quarterly to maintain our strong culture.
About The Role
BizzyCar is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to focus on top-of-funnel go-to-market motions. In this highly collaborative role, you will own our revenue enablement tools and drive the continuous improvement of our revenue processes and analytics while partnering directly with our leadership team. Your efforts will transform how we do business and level-up our capabilities to help build a high-performing business. You will learn how to connect your efforts to measurable company objectives, prioritize the most impactful innovations, and move quickly to unlock value.
This position is essential to the success of our automotive dealership and OEM partners and our company. You will help our industry put safer used cars on the road, create revenue growth for our customers, and solve challenging problems through technology and innovation.

- Work with COO to support new product and capability developments in value delivery by leveraging technology platforms
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success or similarly tech-driven and analytically rigorous role in finance or operations
- Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau or Salesforce

- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated
- Highly proficient in declarative (non-code) software configuration
- Highly proficient in handling, analyzing and presenting data
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
- You’ll sit at the center of the revenue engine. This role touches Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Leadership. Your work directly influences how revenue is generated and scaled.
- You’ll own real systems, not just maintain them. You’ll have meaningful ownership over HubSpot MarketingHub and SalesHub and the broader revenue tech stack. This is not a “ticket-taking” admin role — you’ll shape how the tools are used.
- Data drives decisions here. If you enjoy turning messy data into clear insights that influence leadership decisions, this role gives you that platform every day.
- You’ll work closely with senior leadership. You’ll collaborate directly with Sean O’Connor and other senior stakeholders, helping prioritize initiatives that build long-term capability across the go-to-market function.
- High-impact, fast-moving environment. BizzyCar is growing quickly. You’ll see the results of your operational improvements in real time.
- Great role for analytical builders. If you enjoy declarative system configuration, optimizing processes, improving reporting, and connecting data to measurable company outcomes, this role will stretch and sharpen your skills.
- Clear growth runway. As the revenue engine scales, so does the opportunity to expand into senior RevOps, analytics, or broader operations leadership roles.
- Hybrid flexibility. Work from Boston in a hybrid model that balances collaboration and focus time.
