About Us

We are a growing apparel manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality garments with precision and efficiency. We are currently seeking a dependable Textile Spreader / Cutter to join our production team. We welcome both entry-level candidates eager to learn and experienced professionals in textile cutting and spreading.

In addition we would consider the following qualifications for possible training:

A reliable, detail-oriented individual with proven experience using hand tools for assembly, repair, or fabrication work. Must be able to read measurements, follow instructions, and work safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Spread fabric accurately according to markers and production specifications
• Inspect fabric for defects before and during spreading
• Operate manual or automated cutting equipment (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Follow work orders and cutting tickets to meet daily production goals
• Maintain fabric alignment, proper tension, and material efficiency
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety and quality control standards

• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience in apparel production is a plus
• Hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with textile spreading and cutting preferred but not required
• Ability to read measurements and use basic math skills
