Assistant General Manager - Retail at Ashley | The Wellsville Group – Liverpool, New York

Our Liverpool, NY showroom is looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager - Retail to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our General Manager to learn every aspect of sales, guest service, and daily operations—all while preparing to take on a leadership role of your own. You’ll also provide support to our Camillus, NY location as needed, helping both teams succeed and stay connected.

• Bridge Locations: Work between Liverpool and Camillus to provide support where needed.

Who You Are:

• A clear communicator who keeps things sharp and on point.
• Quick, reliable, and organized, even in the retail hustle.
• A people-person who builds trust and motivates teams.
• Ready to lift 75 lbs. with help for product demos.
• Flexible for 8–12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2-4 years of retail management experience (commission-based a plus).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
