Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Team Member

What You'll Do
- Put safety first and help create an environment where everyone goes home safe
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to support both internal teams and customers
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe practices
- Receive and stock materials in designated locations to maintain strong workflow
- Replenish inventory to prevent production delays
- Transport materials throughout the facility to meet operational needs
- Collaborate across teams to meet daily demand
- Participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste and create flow
- Support problem-solving activities and use the best-known methods to complete work
- Step in where needed as business demands evolve
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help others succeed
- Ability to lift approximately 50–75 lbs. with appropriate assistance
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in an active environment
- Basic computer skills
- Clear communication and a positive, professional approach to work
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
Forklift experience is a strong plus. Experience operating powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is highly valued. Training and certification are provided.

Work Environment
- Indoor manufacturing setting with periodic exposure to outdoor temperatures when bay doors are open
- Personal protective equipment — including safety footwear and eye protection — is provided
- Role involves continuous movement, moderate physical activity, and ongoing attention to safety
