We’re currently looking for a Skilled Installation Apprentice — someone who can jump in on installs, knock out the basics with confidence, and is hungry to keep learning and growing. You won’t be stuck doing grunt work all day — you’ll be part of a tight-knit install crew that’s building your skills and preparing you for the next level.
🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Assist with installs of residential HVAC systems (split systems, mini-splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, etc.)
• Set equipment, run wire, install thermostats, assemble ductwork, and more
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Work directly under Lead Installers who will coach and train you
• Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally
• Learn and grow every single day — we mean it!
  

✅ What You Need:

• 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HVAC apprentice license (or ability to get one quickly)
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in tight spaces
• A great attitude, hunger to learn, and team-player mindset
• Personal hand tools (we’ll provide the rest!)
