About This Position
This BCBA role is built differently and that’s intentional.
At ABA Advantage, we’re not a high-volume, productivity-driven ABA provider. We are a values-driven team committed to ethical, relationship-based care that truly improves the lives of children, families, and the technicians who support them.
We are intentionally seeking a BCBA who is motivated by impact, not optics, someone who wants to grow with a company, stay connected to the clinical work, and help shape what high-quality ABA should look like in our community.
We are not rushing this hire. We are looking for the right clinician.

- Behavioral regulation and developmental needs
- Real-life functional outcomes
- Strong collaboration with families and RBTs
