About This Position

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Enablement

Department: Enterprise Enablement

Job Level: Senior Individual Contributor

Reports To: Vice President of Enterprise Enablement

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Remote)

About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst is a senior contributor within the Enterprise Enablement team and acts as the primary owner of business and system requirements for cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, product intent, and technical delivery, ensuring that what gets built accurately reflects business needs, scales with volume, and is delivered on time with minimal rework.

This position requires deep experience translating complex business workflows into build-ready technical requirements across HubSpot, LOS, telephony, and other integrated platforms. The Senior Business Analyst partners closely with Enablement, Product, and Development to clarify intent, manage change, surface risks early, and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations before release.
Key Responsibilities

Business & Technical Requirements

  • Own end-to-end technical requirements definition for enablement-led initiatives, from business requirements through deployment.
  • Convert business requirements into clear, build-ready technical requirements, including detailed user stories, data requirements, workflow logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure requirements are written and validated such that deployed solutions align to business expectations and can be confidently tested.

Systems & Workflow Alignment

  • Ensure technical requirements align to real-world business workflows across HubSpot, LOS, telephony, and other integrated systems.
  • Evaluate downstream system impacts and integration dependencies so enhancements scale without breaking workflows, creating rework, or introducing manual effort.
  • Identify and document cross-system dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.

Delivery Partnership

  • Work directly with Enablement and Development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve ambiguity during build.
  • Actively participate in refinement, planning, and design discussions to keep work moving and avoid delivery delays.
  • Identify gaps, conflicting logic, and risks early so issues are addressed before impacting timelines or scope.

Change & Scope Management

  • Manage changes to requirements during build, ensuring updates are reviewed, documented, and approved before development continues.
  • Maintain version control and traceability between original requirements, in-flight changes, and delivered outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to balance speed, scope, and quality when changes arise.

Testing & Release Readiness

  • Own business testing strategy, including definition of test scenarios, expected results, and validation approach.
  • Lead or directly perform business acceptance testing to confirm delivered work meets documented requirements.
  • Make informed go or no-go recommendations for production release, reducing post-deployment defects and rework.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for requirements, workflows, decisions, and changes.
  • Analyze production issues, defects, and process breakdowns to identify root causes and recommend long-term improvements.
  • Contribute to enterprise standards for requirements quality, testing discipline, and delivery readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Enablement Analyst role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into detailed, technical, build-ready requirements.
  • Strong experience working across integrated systems, including CRM platforms, LOS/LMS environments, and supporting operational tools.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business test cases.
  • Proven ability to identify logical gaps, conflicting requirements, and system dependencies before build.
  • Experience managing in-flight requirement changes without disrupting delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • Experience collaborating directly with development teams throughout the build lifecycle.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in small business lending, financial services, or regulated operational environments.
  • Advanced working knowledge of HubSpot, loan origination systems, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, backlog grooming, and iterative development.
  • Experience working in enablement, operations, or enterprise transformation teams.
