Sales Account Executive in Sacramento, California at Real Home Service Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive / Retail Sales Representative to represent our family of brands within established retail locations - currently focused on home security systems. This role focuses on face-to-face customer engagement, account acquisition, and consultative sales, offering a structured full-time schedule with performance-based earning potential.

This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in retail sales, customer service, account management, or business development, as well as those looking to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail sales environment to present products and services

• Execute consultative sales strategies to drive new account acquisition

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective communication

• Maintain product knowledge and communicate current promotions

• Manage daily workflow independently while meeting performance expectations

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Base Pay: $16.90/hour (guaranteed)

• Average Bonus Potential: $500+ per week based on individual performance

• Total Compensation: Hourly base plus uncapped weekly bonuses

• Paid as a W2 employee (full-time, 40 hours per week)

Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Wednesday through Sunday schedule

• Independent, structured work environment within assigned locations
