About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Analyst with strong technical and BI skills to help stand up a more centralized analytics and decision support capability. This role will focus on pulling together data across systems, building reliable reporting, and turning repeated asks into scalable outputs that improve visibility and speed of decision-making.
This is a builder role in a growing company. The right person can work independently, deal with imperfect data, and help create structure where it does not yet fully exist.
What You’ll Do· Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses across business functions
· Pull, clean, and stitch data from multiple systems to answer cross-functional business questions
· Translate business needs into clear data requirements and analytical outputs
· Help standardize recurring requests into reusable reporting and scalable solutions
· Partner with business leaders to improve visibility into performance, trends, and operational issues
· Identify data quality issues, gaps in definitions, and opportunities to improve consistency
· Support development of a simple intake and prioritization model for analytics requests
· Document logic, assumptions, and definitions so reporting is transparent and repeatable

Requirements: What You’ll Bring· Approximately 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a similar analytical role
· Strong SQL skills and comfort working across multiple source systems
· Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
· Strong ability to structure messy problems and produce practical outputs quickly
· Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, lower-structure environment
· Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and issue identification
Nice-to-Have· Experience in fintech, payments, or a similarly complex operating environment

· Repeated ad hoc requests are converted into reliable reporting
· Cross-system analysis becomes easier and more consistent
