Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical clinic, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective workflows.
• Lead a fast-paced clinical environment, working closely with physicians and nurse practitioners while directly supervising clinic staff to support optimal operations, patient engagement, and retention.
• Implement plans and priorities set by senior leadership, driving execution to achieve desired outcomes.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members; conduct performance evaluations and guide daily work activities for all clinic staff.
• Set performance goals and expectations for team members, supporting their ongoing education, development, and participation in shared leadership initiatives.
• Partner with organizational leaders to promote operational excellence, productivity, and adherence to best practices.
• Direct and coordinate key clinic functions-including systems oversight, policy implementation, procedural compliance, and human resources support.
• Ensure delivery of cost-effective, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Evaluate operational challenges and policies, recommending improvements to the Medical Director, Regional Manager, or VP of Operations.
• Work with the Medical Director or Operations Leadership to prepare and manage quarterly budgets, providing informed recommendations based on clinical needs, policies, and cost considerations.
• Represent the clinic at public events, professional meetings, and conferences.
• Contribute to clinical communication efforts and public relations initiatives.
• Maintain professional affiliations and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with healthcare trends.
• This is an onsite role.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivale experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Clinic/Office Manager in an outpatient healthcare setting, preferably primary care or urgent care.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
