Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas | 100% (WFH) Remote Opportunity | Salary Range: $60,000-$84,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse claims caseload, work independently, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to a company rooted in integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
What You’ll Do
As a Claims Adjuster II, you will manage Workers’ Compensation claims with moderate medical and indemnity exposure, including litigation. Your work will include:
Conducting initial investigations, verifying coverage, determining compensability, and crafting action plans
Setting accurate case reserves using medical knowledge and sound judgment
Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners
Accurately evaluating and paying benefits in compliance with state and company guidelines
Coordinating and monitoring medical treatment to drive timely, cost-effective claim progression
Collaborating with defense attorneys and proactively mitigating litigation exposure
Reviewing your caseload regularly to ensure efficient claim resolution
Performing additional related duties as needed
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates with:
2–5 years’ experience in Workers’ Comp adjusting or insurance
3+ years managing AZ, CO, NV, and/or TX claims at a high, independent level
Ability to manage additional jurisdictions
Strong customer service, communication, and time‑management skills
Knowledge of state Workers’ Compensation laws and claim protocols
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Certifications (not required):
WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU, or similar insurance designations
If your state requires a claims license, you must obtain and maintain it within mandated timelines.
