About This Position

Position Summary

The IC/QC Analyst is responsible for supporting daily inventory accuracy and quality control operations within the distribution center. This role conducts inventory research, processes adjustments, creates audit reports, and partners with Operations, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to maintain overall system integrity. The IC/QC Analyst also manages inventory‑related administrative tasks, investigates discrepancies, identifies root causes, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition, this position serves as backup leadership support on the IC/QC team, providing team coordination and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research inventory discrepancies, including hold tasks, empty bins, old DCGEN slots, aging inventory, and high variances.
  • Process daily inventory adjustments for damaged, misallocated, or inaccurate items.
  • Monitor adjustment trends, identify root causes, and recommend procedural or process improvements.
  • Create detailed reports, logs, and audit summaries for the IC/QC Manager.
  • Assist with E‑Commerce and Samples inventory depletion, including weekly non‑movement cleanup.
  • Communicate regularly with Operations, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to relay findings and drive corrective action.
  • Support project planning, resource coordination, and cross‑department collaboration.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies, improve accuracy, and strengthen system integrity.
  • Provide backup leadership support and function as the main point of contact during periods when the Manager is not present.
  • Provide workflow coordination and guidance to IC/QC associates.
  • Ensure continuity of daily operations and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Inventory Control, Quality Control, or warehouse experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; forklift experience required.
