We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Line Cooks to support our elevated dining experiences, tournaments, pool service, and private events throughout the summer and beyond.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service timelines. This role plays a critical part in delivering consistent, memorable dining experiences across all outlets.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications

• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Execute efficient service during high-volume periods

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and proper storage

• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless operations

• Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates during service

• Previous Line Cook or kitchen experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full-Time Team Members:

• Competitive hourly pay - $20-23/hour or higher depending on experience
