Position SummaryHelitechis experiencing significant growth and is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring effective communication between departments. Responsibilities- Scheduling service technician visits
- Coordinating regrades, incomplete jobs, sump pump maintenance checks, and warranty inspections
- Communicating with Customer Service Technicians, Estimators, and Management regarding the service schedule
- Approving appointments scheduled by others for Customer Service Technicians
- Following up on proposals submitted by Service Technicians
- Assisting the Customer Service Manager with customer and outside correspondence
- Reviewing and approving Customer Service Technician reports and results
- Communicating with upper management regarding escalated or unsatisfied customers
- Performing other customer service-related duties as requested by Management
- Providing information on confirmed work to Accounting for invoicing purposes
- Distributing invoices to the appropriate Superintendents and Customer Service Technicians as needed
- Previous customer service experience required
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM required
- Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software preferred
- $19–20/hour plus bonus opportunity averaging $150–800
