** We are currently hiring for one position that may be based out of either our Florida or California office locations. While we are considering candidates from both coasts, only one role will be filled.**

The Product Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team in executing product-focused campaigns, integrating digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and coordinating promotional activities that drive growth across retail business lines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses an understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and performance analytics. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives, enhance product awareness, and increase adoption. The Product Marketing Specialist will leverage their experience to increase product adoption, analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, and utilize our digital platforms to support targeted member engagement and lifecycle marketing efforts.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for financial products and services.
  • Assist in creating clear, compelling product messaging that aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including but not limited to email, paid media, website content, and in-branch materials.
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative asset development, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain and update product-related website content and marketing materials.
  • Utilize digital platforms to support targeted campaigns, segmentation strategies, and member lifecycle communications.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide reporting and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support product positioning and promotional strategy.
  • Hands-on within key marketing platforms, including building and deploying email campaigns, updating and maintaining website content, and managing SharePoint resources
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum Education Required to Perform Job:
Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire:
2 to 5 years

Specific Experience Required:
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, systems, and industry regulations
  • Experience in branding, copywriting, digital marketing, and marketing execution
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including website CMS, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required:
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus (e.g., Asana)

Shift Work:
Employee is non-exempt, generally Mon-Fri day shifts but may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Scope of Job: Discretion/Latitude:
Moderate supervision required. Requires a self-starter with proven ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and drive results in partnership with managing leader.

Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions:
  • This position is performed primarily in a traditional office or bank/credit union setting, with no expected adverse environmental conditions. This position requires the ability to:
    • move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
    • remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
    • adjust or move objects up to 15 pounds in all directions
    • perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
    • use primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together
    • verbally communicate to convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly
    • hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information prepare or inspect documents or products, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work, or operate office machinery through average, ordinary, visual acuity.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $51,200 to $76,800 per year and in California is $70,304 to $86,760 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as a bonus or long-term incentive units.

Most roles at Partners are also eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), which rewards employees for individual contributions and our collective success. While AIP is not guaranteed, it reflects our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact and shared results.
