Accountabilities:

  • Oversee strategic readiness, ensuring financial insights and operational clarity support high-quality decision-making
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic finance, corporate development, and market-facing execution

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting
  • Proven ability to shape and communicate compelling value-creation narratives to investors, boards, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong background in corporate development, capital markets, M&A, or strategic growth roles with operational exposure preferred
  • Experience working with digital, subscription-based, B2C, B2B, or marketplace business models
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at board and investor level
  • Demonstrated ability to connect financial performance with strategic vision and business storytelling
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to external engagement and network expansion
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led, high-growth environments

Benefits:

  • Competitive executive compensation package (details shared during the application process depending on jurisdiction)
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise-level strategy and long-term value creation
  • High-impact executive role reporting directly to the CEO
  • Remote-first flexibility
  • Significant exposure to global investors, board-level stakeholders, and strategic partners
  • Opportunity to influence corporate development and growth strategy at scale
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven, and mission-focused culture
  • Work within a fast-growing global AI and professional services platform
