This is a senior leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-impact enterprise marketing function within a fast-growing B2B environment. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts, with the goal of significantly accelerating pipeline growth and revenue expansion. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across demand generation, account-based marketing, product marketing, and events. You will work closely with sales, product, revenue operations, and executive leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and commercial priorities. This position is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader who thrives in high-growth, scale-up environments. You will also play a key role in building and mentoring a lean but high-performing GTM team. The environment is remote-first, collaborative, and highly focused on measurable impact.
- Define and lead the enterprise go-to-market and marketing strategy to scale pipeline and accelerate ARR growth
- Own and optimize account-based marketing programs and enterprise-focused events in close partnership with sales teams
- Drive demand generation initiatives across content, paid channels, and integrated campaigns to expand top-of-funnel performance
- Develop product marketing foundations including ICPs, positioning, messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials
- Contribute to product-led growth initiatives and improve conversion paths for product-led and sales-assisted leads
- Partner with revenue operations to implement funnel tracking, lead scoring models, and performance reporting systems
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise marketing and growth team
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth roles, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven track record of building or scaling enterprise marketing functions and driving significant pipeline growth
- Experience delivering measurable ARR growth, including scaling from early-stage to multi-tens of millions in revenue
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with sales, product, revenue operations, and executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM strategies, and multi-channel marketing execution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing marketing ROI
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
