We’re seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate to join our Austin medSPAs!
This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential, with the opportunity to grow into full-time—flexible schedule available with Saturdays being mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience in a true medical aesthetics environment
- Confidence performing a range of treatments, including both on-label and off-label procedures
- Proven ability to manage patient expectations, concerns, and complications with professionalism and care

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to all compliance and safety protocols
- Educate patients on services, products, and long-term treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with and support team development through mentorship, training, and shared best practices
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing clinical environment

Requirements:- 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic medical spa procedures.
- Must have direct, hands-on experience in medical spa procedures such as injections with the certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures.
- Preferred to have hands-on experience in other medical spa procedures (i.e., lasers, photorejuvenation, advanced peels, microneedling, etc.), certification/licenses to all that apply, and the ability to perfectly perform said procedures.
- Must possess a medical license active in the practicing state and comply with the stated scope of practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing and State Medical Board.
- Must have a clear disciplinary history record.

- Ability to be resourceful and drive significant impact with, at-times, limited resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
- This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
