We are looking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician to join our team at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
PLUS Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Snow removal (when applicable)
Pool maintenance (where applicable)
Valid Driver's License
On-call rotation
