Accountabilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of customer experience and review platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery efforts with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product enhancements.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance data to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a strong culture of experimentation, innovation, and customer-centric thinking across product development cycles.
  • Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, documentation, and collaboration effectively.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in digital platforms, SaaS, or consumer-facing products.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with product and collaboration tools, especially Jira and related ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, user feedback, and market insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about building customer-centric digital experiences.
