This role is responsible for loading and offloading inbound and outbound materials as well as the inspection and grading of inbound and outbound materials, ensuring efficient traffic flow within the yard, and coordinating with other yard personnel to maintain operational productivity. Assist in the recycling process by operating a variety of equipment including forklift, skid loader, end loader, excavator with shear attachment and material handler. This role serves as a point of contact for incoming drivers and customers and is expected to represent the company with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED and prior experience operating equipment including but not limited to – forklift, tractor, skid steer, front end loader or excavator is required. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. A history of reliable attendance is a must.
