Job Title
Cutter Operator – First or Second Shift
Operate industrial cutting equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.
What You’ll Do- Operate cutting machinery according to job specifications.
- Review production tickets and verify material requirements.
- Measure and inspect materials to ensure cutting accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment adjustments.
- Maintain production workflow to meet deadlines.
- Follow company safety standards and operating procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report production or equipment concerns to leadership.
- Previous cutter operator experience preferred.
- Strong measurement and math skills.
- Ability to read and interpret production paperwork.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work first or second shift.
- Prior print or bindery industry experience.
- Experience with programmable cutting systems.
- Mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: First or Second Shift | Monday – Friday | Overtime as needed
