We are looking for a Management Accountant to play a crucial role in driving Lovehoney Group's high-level performance. In close partnership with the Group Finance Manager, you'll focus on enhancing our financial reporting and compliance, ensuring our continued growth and success.- Prepare and review the Management Accounts for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance before consolidation.
- Lead business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance to enhance the team’s relationship with the wider business and understand the ‘story behind the numbers’.
- Collaborate with the Transactional Manager to enhance invoice coding and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee cash flow forecasts and VAT returns, contributing to the financial health of Lovehoney Group.
- Manage and mentor the senior assistant management accountants and assistant management account, promoting a strong team spirit.
- Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role, with a solid background in financial reporting (IFRS), compliance, and analysis.
- A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing and developing a team, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
