Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Muskegon is growing our in-house collision center and is looking for experienced Flat-Rate Body Shop Technicians who want steady work, fair estimates, and a shop that respects skilled technicians.

• Competitive FLAT-RATE or HYBRID pay (based on experience & certifications)

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs

• Panel replacement, metal repair, and refinishing preparation

• Proper use of frame machines, measuring systems, and shop tools

• Work closely with estimators and parts to drive efficient cycle times

• Maintain dealership standards for quality, safety, and efficiency

• Follow OEM and manufacturer repair procedures

• Previous flat-rate body shop / collision technician experience

• Ability to flag hours efficiently while maintaining quality

• Frame & structural repair experience strongly preferred

• I-CAR certifications preferred (not required)

• Valid driver’s license
