You will be responsible for guiding partners from initial engagement through successful launch, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and early performance success. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, requiring collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and partner teams. You will establish processes that scale, optimize early outcomes, and strengthen long-term partner relationships. Success in this role means enabling partners to operate efficiently while ensuring a seamless and predictable experience for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact position where your leadership directly affects marketplace performance and partner satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new partners, from kickoff to first active operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during onboarding, coordinating technical, operational, compliance, and commercial readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by working with product, engineering, operations, legal, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality, timely partner launches.
  • Translate partner requirements into actionable internal plans, tracking milestones and proactively resolving risks or blockers.
  • Monitor early performance metrics, including operational KPIs, approval rates, and funded volume, and take action to stabilize and optimize results.
  • Maintain strong post-launch relationships, serving as an escalation point for issues and ensuring partners transition smoothly into ongoing account management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and tools based on feedback and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner onboarding, partner operations, fintech, lending, or financial services.
  • Proven track record leading complex partner integrations or onboarding programs.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending, loan origination workflows, and marketplace platform operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with product, engineering, and operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner launches with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal teams and external partners effectively.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 USD annually, with potential performance bonuses, commission, and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
  • Flexible and remote work arrangements.
  • Participation in standard employee benefits programs, including health care, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other tax-reportable benefits.
  • High-impact role with opportunities to influence partner success and marketplace performance.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with professional growth opportunities.
