About This Position
Location: USAG Bavaria (Germany)
Primary Duty Location: Rose Barracks, Vilseck
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 0730–1600 (excluding U.S. Holidays)Key Duties and Responsibilities
Act on behalf of the Contract Manager when required, with full authority for daily contract operations.
Assist in coordinating schedules, staffing coverage, and service delivery across all ACS locations.
Monitor compliance with duty hours, outreach support requirements, and approved Work Plans.
Support oversight of FAP Educators’ instructional and administrative duties.
Assist in confirming time and location of job-related activities with the COR.
Support quality control processes and documentation.
Ensure continuity of services during planned or unplanned absences.
Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services–related field OR 24 semester hours in social sciences OR 5 years (within last 10) program management experience in similar human services contracts
Experience managing staff, schedules, and government contract performance
Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and all required background checks
Strong communication and coordination skills
