Romie Lane Pet Hospital is searching for a Clinical Director (CD) who is ready to lead a dedicated team through an exciting period of growth and stabilization. The Role: Clinical Director

As Clinical Director, you’ll guide both the medical quality of the hospital and the culture of the team. You’ll work closely with our Hospital Manager, Lori Sanchez, to create a supportive, communicative, and growth-focused environment.

You Will:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care
• Mentor, coach, and develop DVMs and support staff
• Elevate clinical standards and ensure high-quality medical protocols
• Promote client education and preventative medicine
• Contribute to business strategy, operational success, and long-term hospital goals
• Build trust with both clients and team members

What You Bring:

• DVM degree (required)
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Strong surgical and diagnostic capability
• Confidence in dentistry, surgery, and ultrasound
• A collaborative leadership approach and a passion for team culture
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• A desire to help guide a team through growth and positive change

• $180,000 - $200,000 base salary (range is highly flexible for the right fit), + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
• $12,000 annual Clinical Director leadership stipend in addition to competitive base compensation
