Experience in car sales is not required. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budgetPresent and demonstrate Infinitis premium features and technology in a compelling wayProvide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in optionsBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-upConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targetsMaintain expert-level knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transactionMaintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journeyHandle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally What We're Looking For:Previous sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not required).A passion for luxury cars and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
