Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, youll be responsible for keeping our property running smoothly and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home. Your responsibilities include:
  • Completing work orders promptly based on priority
  • Turning and making apartments move-in ready between resident occupancy
  • Painting/staining (interior and exterior)
  • HVAC maintenance and repair (EPA certification preferred)
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs (e.g., copper pipe sweating, outlets, switches, light fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers)
  • Maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Keeping a clean, organized maintenance shop
  • Participating in the 24/7 on-call rotation with other team members
What Youll Bring:
Were looking for a resourceful, hands-on professional with experience in apartment maintenance. Heres what we need:
  • 1+ years experience in maintenance
  • EPA Certification preferred (for HVAC work)
  • HVAC Certification and CPO Certification are a plus!
  • Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Water heater experience (both electric and gas)
