Now Hiring: Direct Care ProfessionalsMake a Difference with Children & Adults in Behavioral Health
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with:
- Behavioral health needs
- Intellectual and developmental disabilities
All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.
Positions & Shifts
- Full-time
- Part-time
- On-call / PRN
- Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends available
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience, education, and shift)

- Are interested in behavioral health, DD services, or ABA
Talents, skills, and abilities:
- Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
- Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn resident care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.
- High School Diploma or HSE is required, along with past employment experience.
- A valid Montana Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one, and an acceptable driving record.
- An acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
