Student Client Service Associate - Youth Apprenticeship at Lake Ridge Bank – Monona, Wisconsin

Lake Ridge Bank is hiring a Youth Apprentice for the 2026/2027 school year as a Student Client Service Associate (Teller) at our Monona Drive location! ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, clients and potential clients.
• Process all transactions that come through the CSA (teller) area including but not limited to cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, etc.
• Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
• Keep informed about bank products and services offered
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
• Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Working towards a high school diploma
• Preferred experience in a similar office or customer service role but not required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
