Position Overview:

Full-Time Outpatient Opportunity

4 days 8AM-5PM

1:6 Saturday mornings from 8AM-12PM

Caring for medically complex children through adulthood in addition to general primary care pediatrics

Licensure Renewals and Maintenance of Board Certification

Education, Licensure & Certification:

M.D. or D.O. degree required

Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics (change to Family Medicine if applicable)

Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona

Current, Unrestricted DEA license in the State of Arizona

Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training

Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
