The successful applicant will be assigned to several projects simultaneously and will manage each project from beginning to closeout
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team/Estimators with pricing, walkthroughs, bid submittals of new/extra work
- Preparation for commencement of start of new job, including all documentation and requirements are met
- Liaison between field and the operations/scheduling department
- Liaison between engineering department and field
- Track productivity and financial targets
- Preparation and submittals of extra work pricing and pricing breakdowns/backup
- Provide customer service to customer contacts
- Ensure all work performed is captured, priced, submitted to customer and billed by Accounts Receivable team
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Persistent and self-motivated
- Takes ownership of job tasks and responsibilities
- Good customer service attitude
- Technological knowledge and experience, specifically a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in construction industry required (1 5 years); experience with scaffolding industry a plus
- Experience in Engineering a plus
- Valid state driver's license required
