Position Title: Sales Excellence GTM Lead

This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US

Overview:

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience executing GTM strategies in complex or evolving organizational structures, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the operational levers that drive predictable, long term business performance. This individual excels at influencing leaders, aligning cross functional teams, and ensuring our commercial engine is built for strategic, sustainable growthnot just in quarter execution. While the role requires experience and a strategic lens, there is a high expectation that the individual will also execute the details on a day to day basis to drive work forward.

What you will do:

Build, refine, and operationalize scalable GTM strategies across target segments, routes to market, and customer lifecycle stages.
Translate strategic initiatives into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes, timelines, and cross functional alignment.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and enablement teams to ensure a unified GTM motion that supports long term growth.
Enable and prepare leadership with the insights needed to run their business strategicallynot reactivelyby equipping them with coverage analysis and recommended execution guidance.
Communicate complex coverage concepts and recommendations clearly, adapting messaging for different audiencesfrom frontline managers to executives.
Help the organization create more consistency and clarity across its global customer coverage structure as we grow.
Establish shared frameworks, processes, and data operating models to ensure alignment across regions, teams, and customer segments.
Identify gaps in GTM process adoption and operational discipline and drive systematic improvements.
Drive annual planning cycle, analyzing and optimizing coverage strategies and resource alignment across CRO role
Maintain system of record for territory assignments, ensuring optimized customer engagement and lead handoffs
Ensure intent of GTM Strategy is maintained while driving and coordinating changes across all lines of business in the systems
Ensure data hygiene and governance across systems
Enforce rules of engagement (ROE), lead/account ownership, and process adherence.

What we are looking for:

Minimum bachelors degree
10+ years working in Sales Operations with 5+ years experience driving GTM in complex environments.
Background in high growth or transformation focused environments.
Strength in program management and change management.
Comfortable using large data sets to help drive analysis and decision making.
Expert in Excel, Tableau (or other reporting platforms), CRM systems such as SalesForce.com.
No travel necessary
